Be Recruitment is proud to partner with Sydney Region Aboriginal Corporation (SRAC) to recruit Family Preservation Case Workers to join the organisation's newly established Family Preservation program.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation (ACCO) at the beginning of a new program, helping shape practice, build strong community relationships and support Aboriginal children and families through culturally protected, trauma-informed services.

About the Role
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you'll provide strengths-based, trauma-informed case management to children, young people and families, supporting them to remain safely together wherever possible.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering family preservation case management
- Completing family assessments, safety planning and risk assessments
- Developing family-led case plans
- Undertaking home visits and community-based support
- Working closely with Family Support Workers and key stakeholders
- Building strong relationships with Aboriginal children, families and communities
- Maintaining high-quality case notes and documentation
About You
You’ll bring:
- Demonstrated case work experience within Family Preservation, Child Protection, Intensive Family Support or a related setting
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and child protection
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Diploma in Community Services (or equivalent), or significant relevant experience
