What You'll Be Up To

You'll be the hands-on hero building quality switchboards that we're genuinely proud of.





Think of it like being a craftsperson – every board you build matters, and you'll see the difference your work makes.

Day-to-day, you'll be:

- Building switchboards from scratch – modular and custom jobs

- Installing switchgear following proper specs (no cowboys here)

- Fabricating and fitting busbars to industry standard

- Wiring and testing control circuits to make sure everything runs sweet

- Being part of a team that takes safety seriously (because going home in one piece is non-negotiable)

What We Need from You

- Electrical Fitter trade ticket (or equivalent)

- 3+ years getting your hands dirty in the electrical game

- Know your way around AS/NZS Switchboard Standards

- Can read single line diagrams and wiring schematics without breaking a sweat

- Team player who doesn't mind lending a hand or sharing knowledge

- Own tools (we've got the big gear covered)

- Someone who shows up ready to work and takes pride in doing things right
