Requirements

- Certificate of Registration (NSW) – mandatory
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Willing to travel to appointments, inspections, and open homes
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to speak Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, or Korean will be highly regarded but is not essential

What You’ll Be Doing





- Assisting buyers with purchasing property
- Conducting inspections and open homes
- Following up leads and client enquiries
- Building relationships within the local ethnic community(ies)
- Learning sales, negotiation, and property knowledge from experienced agents
- Working closely with project marketing and residential sales teams
