Support Worker Co is recruiting casual Youth Workers to join a residential care team across Ryde, Roseville, Turramurra, Artarmon, Pymble, Waitara, North Shore & St Ives. You will provide high-quality care in a 24-hour setting and support youths with complex needs.

Roles require shift flexibility, trauma-informed care, and teamwork to help young people reach personal goals. Advantages include competitive hourly pay and ongoing induction and support.
