THE POSITION:

- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the Toyota Product and Provide expert guidance on vehicle features, specifications, and options
- Conduct test drives and articulate the unique selling points of each vehicle
- Assist customers through the purchasing process, including financing options
- Managing an order bank while keeping quality contact and status updates to waiting guests.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
- Sales experience and/or automotive industry would be advantageous, but not essential to this role. The successful applicant will be expected to obtain their licence in motor sales (on the job training)
