- Fitness Passport – access to a wide range of discounted gyms and fitness facilities.

- Free and confidential counselling through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
- Be rewarded for helping our teams group with our Refer-a-Friend Program.

What You'll Bring

- At least two years' leadership experience within an education and care service, with demonstrated success leading teams and mentoring educators.
- Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Law and Regulations, Assessment and Rating processes, Quality Improvement Plans and child safe practices.
- Experience managing rosters, budgets, compliance, administration and day-to-day operations of a service.
- Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID009 and HLTAID012), Child Protection training, a paid employee WWCC.
