About the Role

As the face of our practice, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every patient from their first phone call through to their visit and ongoing care.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing appointments, recalls and the daily schedule
- Answering phones and responding to patient enquiries
- Processing payments and health fund claims
- Maintaining accurate patient records and correspondence
- Coordinating referrals and communication with specialists




- Supporting the clinical team to ensure the day runs seamlessly
- Contributing to an organised, effective and positive workplace

About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

You’ll ideally have:

- Previous experience as a dental receptionist (essential)
- Experience using Dentally practice management software (highly desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organisational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- A calm, proactive approach with the ability to multitask
- A professional presentation and positive attitude
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to be part of a supportive team
