About the role:
- Meeting and exceeding sales KPIs.
- Ensuring all customers receive exceptional service
- Hone your product knowledge
- Assist in merchandising and administrative duties
- Follow and maintain company policies
- Assist in tasks given by management
About You:
- The ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Minimum 1-2 years sales experience required to demonstrate ability to meet and exceed targets
- Experience in furniture retail is preferred but not essential
- Must be available to work most weekends per month as required by retail operations
- Self-motivated, energetic and a positive attitude
- Customer service focused mindset with a team player mentality
- Responsible individual with discipline and completes task on time
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- Must possess Australian work rights to be eligible for employment
