Morningside Location

Our client, a leading player in the FMCG food manufacturing industry based in Morningside, is seeking reliable and motivated Production Staff to join their growing team.

The facility operates under strict HACCP food safety and quality standards, producing high-quality products while maintaining the highest levels of safety, hygiene, and efficiency. We are currently recruiting for multiple roles including:

- Machine Operators
- Wash & Batch Operators
- Production Workers (Heavy Manual Handling)

Available Shifts:

Day Shift

- Start times between 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM

Afternoon Shift

- 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor food manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assist with food preparation, processing, and production activities.
- Perform wash and batch operations according to company procedures.
- Complete manual handling tasks, including lifting products and ingredients up to 15 kg.
- Maintain production targets while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report any issues promptly.
- Follow strict HACCP, GMP, hygiene, and workplace health & safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic production environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production goals.

Candidate Requirements:

- Previous experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or production environments is preferred.




- Machine operating experience is highly advantageous.
- Understanding of HACCP and GMP practices is desirable.
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.
- Able to work in a cold environment .
- Must have full working rights in Australia.
- Own transport is preferred due to early morning and afternoon shift start times.

PPE Requirements:

- Safety boots.
- High-visibility clothing (where required).
- Hair net, beard cover, and other food grade PPE must be worn onsite.
- Onsite parking available.
