Cleanaway is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Belrose NSW Transfer Station to lead day-to-day operations and coordinate a frontline team, ensuring productive handling of waste streams on site. You will also implement site safety programs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
You will drive throughput, scheduling and resource planning in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining strong communication with drivers, contractors and customers.
