We're looking for an experienced Event Producer to join our Sydney team on a 12-month parental leave contract, leading the delivery of exceptional events from concept through to execution.

The Role

As Event Producer, you’ll take ownership of event briefs and drive them through to delivery, managing everything from client relationships and creative direction to logistics, budgets, and on-the-ground execution. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every event is delivered to an exceptional standard while identifying opportunities to grow client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of premium live, virtual and hybrid experiences from concept through to execution.

- Translate client briefs into strategic event solutions, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

- Act as the primary client partner, providing trusted counsel and proactively managing stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

- Develop creative event concepts, audience experiences and brand activations that bring client objectives to life.

- Source, negotiate and manage venues, production partners,



suppliers and key external stakeholders.

- Oversee the creative development and production of event assets, including branding, digital content, environmental graphics, signage and collateral.

- Develop, manage and reconcile event budgets, ensuring commercial performance and financial accountability.

- Drive flawless event execution, maintaining excellence in quality, delivery, risk management and client experience.

- Lead post-event evaluations, analysing outcomes, insights and ROI to inform future recommendations and continuous improvement.

- Identify opportunities to deepen client partnerships through strategic recommendations, account growth and new business opportunities.

- About You

Essential

- 5+ years' experience in event management

- Proven experience delivering large and small-scale events

- Strong project management and organisational skills

- Excellent client service and communication skills

- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability

- Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience

Desirable

- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Events, or Communications
