Our focus on quality and exceeding our customer's needs mean that as a business we are continuously growing. As a result, we are looking for people with various skills to join our Lite n' Easy distribution production team at our world-class facility in Banyo (near Brisbane airport).

Day & Afternoon shifts available

Key Responsibilities:

- Food Preparation: Hand cutting and trimming of produce and raw/cooked meats; preparing vegetables and ingredients; measuring, mixing and batching components for various cooking methods
- Assembly Line: Repetitive, hands-on production line work including portioning meals and moving products between areas




- Machine Operation: Mixing ingredients and operating ovens, flow wrapping, date coding, X-ray, IBEX and mezzanine equipment
- Physical, Fast-Paced Work: Picking and packing products; lifting, pushing and pulling racks and boxes (up to 20kg)
- Cold Setting: Working in temperature-controlled areas (approx. 4°C) with occasional freezer work

About You:

- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Production or food manufacturing experience highly regarded
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling up to 20kg, including cold-room work (approx. 4°C)
- Strong understanding of food safety, quality and hygiene standards
- Good written and verbal English, and a reliable, punctual team player

As part of our recruitment process, shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an onsite assessment centre. This session gives you a better understanding of the role and working environment and allows us to assess relevant skills in a group setting. The assessment centre includes practical tasks, a face-to-face interview and factory walkthrough. Full details will be provided to shortlisted candidates prior to attendance. Please allow up to 2 hours.
