We are looking for an experienced Dermal Therapist to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This position may suit someone seeking a job share arrangement or flexible working days across our Sydney CBD and Parramatta clinics.

Our practice has an established focus on the diagnosis and treatment of vein conditions. As we continue to expand, we are growing our cosmetic skin services and are looking for an experienced therapist who can confidently deliver advanced laser treatments while helping develop this area of the practice.

About the role

You will be responsible for:

- Performing a range of treatments using the Lutronic Derma V, as well as other laser and radiofrequency (RF) technologies.
- Treating spider veins, facial vessels, telangiectasia and selected body vascular lesions.
- Performing pigmentation treatments and other suitable laser procedures.
- Conducting comprehensive patient consultations.
- Developing personalised treatment plans within your scope of practice.
- Educating patients about treatment options, expected outcomes and aftercare.
- Identifying opportunities to introduce patients to appropriate cosmetic skin treatments.
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and high standards of patient care.
- Working collaboratively with our medical and administrative teams.
- Assisting with the ongoing development and growth of cosmetic treatment services across the practice.





As our practice continues to grow, this role will also involve supporting the establishment and expansion of services in our Canberra and Melbourne clinics. We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, is willing to travel when required, and is excited by the opportunity to help build new services and contribute to the long-term growth of the practice.

About you

You are an experienced Dermal Therapist who enjoys both the clinical and patient relationship aspects of the role.

Ideally, you will have:

- Qualifications in Dermal Therapy or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of clinical experience in aesthetic or dermal practice.
- Experience treating vascular lesions, pigmentation and other cosmetic skin concerns using medical-grade laser technology.
- Experience with the Lutronic Derma V is highly regarded but not essential.
- Excellent consultation and communication skills.
- A professional, caring and patient-focused approach.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.




- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine interest in helping grow cosmetic services within an established medical practice.
- A willingness to travel to support our expanding network of clinics.

Highly regarded:

- Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with an interest in cosmetic nursing.
- Experience or a genuine interest in cosmetic injectables and working alongside medical practitioners to expand aesthetic treatment services.
- A passion for continuing education and developing your skills across both dermal therapy and cosmetic aesthetics.
