Transformation Lead (Senior Business Analyst)

Are you a hands-on transformation specialist who wants to see the impact of your work every day, not just in a status report?

We're looking for a senior delivery specialist to take project management ownership of a company-wide transformation program and turn strategy into working systems, better processes, and reliable reporting.

The Role

Mediquip is entering an ambitious phase: a concurrent program of system implementations, process redesign, and data initiatives over the next two to three years. This is a permanent, senior, hands-on role reporting directly to the CFO, and it's a doer's role. You won't be managing a team. You'll be on the ground with our customer service, operations, sales, and finance teams, and at the table with the executive.

This suits someone who thrives on ownership, variety, and getting things live.

You'll:

- Take project-management control of the transformation portfolio and stand up its steering and governance process
- Deliver a concurrent program of work across sales and customer-service automation, EFTSure, HRIS, a banking transition, HubSpot optimisation, and a sales-and-operations bot
- Lead a process-mapping and optimisation program across customer service and operations
- Drive our data governance agenda and single-source-of-truth program, including master data and business reporting
- Continue our Cognos and Power BI reporting development, delivering decision-ready insight for the executive and operational teams
- Coordinate implementation partners and vendors, and collaborate with our investment partner's data and AI resources

You

We'll be excited to hear from candidates who combine the rigour of a Senior Business Analyst or Project Manager with the credibility to work shoulder to shoulder with frontline teams and executives alike. You'll bring proven delivery of transformation and process improvement programs, the discipline to run a concurrent portfolio to time, cost, and quality, and a personable style that builds trust at every level of the business.

Some must-haves include:

- Proven experience as a senior business analyst and/or project manager delivering transformation and process improvement programs
- The ability to run a concurrent portfolio to time, cost, and quality
- Strong process mapping and redesign skills, with hands-on implementation experience
- Strong Power BI capability and ERP reporting experience (Cognos or equivalent)
- A personable communication style, equally credible with frontline teams and executives

Desirable, but not essential:

- Healthcare, medtech, or distribution experience
- Delivery of CRM, finance systems, HRIS, or banking implementations
- Data and AI exposure
- Investor-backed growth setting experience
