Durack Civil is looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our team to assist with a variety of projects in Brisbane & regional Queensland.

About Durack Civil

We are a Civil Contractor specialising in roadworks - pavement & stabilisation, bridge and culvert upgrades and DFRA flood restoration work primarily for local and state government. Based in South-East Queensland, we have successfully completed projects across most of Queensland and Northern NSW, including remote areas.

Key Responsibilities

Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules

Work closely with the projects team to ensure timely delivery of programme requirements from a cost and time perspective

Significant input in implementing & managing project Quality Systems and ITPs





Onsite assistance when required for quality outcomes

Subcontractor management

Cost control

Maintain and apply all relevant standards and polices

Qualifications & Capabilities Preferred

Bachelor of Civil Engineering with minimum 4 years experience in the construction industry

Strive towards safety, environmental, specification, design and contractual requirements

Drivers license

High attention to detail

Ability to deliver on tight deadlines

Enthusiastic, driven, focused & reliable

Willingness to learn in a team environment

TMR and RMS specification experience is highly regarded.
