We’re an award-winning, national solar and battery brand (NETCC-approved), expanding rapidly across Australia. We’re building a Newcastle crew of electricians who want reliable volume, strong systems, and a business that genuinely backs its tradies.
What’s on offer
- Base salary: $130,000 - $150,000 (based on experience)
- OTE: $165,000+ with monthly performance bonuses
- Sign-on bonus for the right person (paid after probation / milestones)
- Company vehicle + fuel card

- Consistent pipeline of installs (no chasing work)
Bring your team: If you can bring over an established crew (e.g., electrician + installers), we’re open to negotiating a higher sign-on bonus and overall package for the right setup.

The role (day to day)
You’ll be working across residential solar and battery installs with a strong focus on quality sign-off and commissioning.
Typical tasks include:
- Solar + battery installations and commissioning (residential)
- Inverter, battery and system upgrades (where applicable)
- AC/DC isolators, cabling, testing, fault finding
- Job documentation, compliance, and sign-off (apps / portals)
- Customer handover and basic system walkthrough
- Working closely with install teams to maintain a high standard on every job
What we’re looking for
- A-grade electrician licence (essential)
- Solar experience (ideally 2-3+ years on the tools in solar)
- A minimum of 2 years solar installation experience is required
- SAA Accreditation (solar + battery preferred)
- SAA Accreditation must be held at the time of application
- Battery experience highly regarded (Alpha / Sungrow / Sigenergy / hybrid systems)
- High standards: neat work, compliant installs, professional on-site
- Strong communication (customers + crew)
- Reliable, safety-first, and easy to work with
Requirements
- Electrical trade qualification
- A minimum of 2-3 years of electrical experience is required
- Current driver’s licence
- White card
- Comfortable with rooftops and outdoor work
