Tassal is seeking an experienced Safety Partner to join our Lidcombe Processing team. This full-time, on-going role focuses on strengthening safety capability, managing risk and embedding a proactive safety culture across a high-volume processing setting.

You'll coach leaders to take ownership of safety outcomes, translate safety requirements into practical actions, and drive continuous improvement in safety standards and practices.
