Flinders Discount Chemist is looking for a reliable and experienced Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly community pharmacy team.
The role will mainly involve Webster packing and general pharmacy assistant duties. We are seeking someone who is accurate, organised and comfortable working in a busy pharmacy environment.
About the role
- Assisting with Webster packing and medication management services
- Maintaining accurate packing records and workflow
- Serving customers and providing suitable OTC advice
- Processing sales and handling stock
- Merchandising and maintaining the presentation of the pharmacy
About you
- Previous Australian community pharmacy experience is strongly preferred
- Webster packing experience is highly desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual and well organised
- Confident with customers and OTC recommendations
- Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Available for a consistent part-time or casual roster
- Valid Australian working rights
