Concreter or Skilled Labourer - Government Opportunity

Our Client is looking to add to their fantastic local team of Concreters, Carpenters and Labourers, with another team-focussed Concreter or experienced Concrete Labourer.

About the role:

- Our Client is open to considering Experienced Concreters, Concrete Labourers OR Skilled Labourers
- Full time hours across 4 working days - great work/life balance!
- Located in Townsend, near Maclean
- Commence immediately, or apply a notice period if successful!
- $35.99 per hour, casual

Duties:

- Undertake general concrete maintenance and construction works
- Perform frequent manual handling and labour duties
- Operation of other designated items of plant
- Frequent use of hand and power tools
- Form work and clean-up duties
- General maintenance requirements of current fixed assets




- Inspections of fixed assets

Mandatory Requirements:

- Experience working in a concreting or concrete production environment
- Excellent physical capacity, with ability to kneel, bend, squat and lift frequently
- Fantastic team-attitude, as you will be joining a outstanding team of staff who work together, and showcase a great work environment
- White card
- Drivers Licence (Minimum P1)
- Silica Awareness accreditation (or willing to have completed within 3-months of commencement)
- Must be able to pass a urine drug and alcohol test
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment functional assessment
- 2x great work references
