Life Without Barriers in Deception Bay is seeking an experienced House Manager to lead one of our Residential Care homes. You will oversee a dedicated team supporting children and young people with high and complex needs, creating a safe, therapeutic home where they can heal and grow.

Working within our CARE framework, you will mentor staff, ensure trauma-informed practice, and oversee protected operation, documentation, and compliance.
