About the Role

As a Casual Educator, you will support our teaching teams in creating engaging, inclusive and meaningful learning environments for children aged 2–5 years. You will have the chance to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues while contributing to the daily operations of the service.

About You

You will:

- Hold a Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently be studying)
- Hold a current Working with Children Check
- Have unrestricted working rights within Australia
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood education
- Be reliable, flexible and committed to working collaboratively within a team
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience working with children aged 2–5 years will be highly regarded

We welcome applicants with varying availability; however, preference will be given to educators with greater availability, particularly those available to work up to five days per week, as consistency and continuity for children and our team are highly valued within our service.
