Ppl People are partnering with a renowned residential agency to manage a growing portfolio. You will take ownership of a portfolio of around 100 properties, with potential growth to 150-160 properties, building robust landlord and tenant relationships from end to end.
You will work with a supportive team including two Property Management Assistants and a Leasing Manager, using Reapit and Inspection Express to streamline daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
