We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift supervisor/Team Leader for our steel reinforcement factory in Smeaton Grange, NSW.
In this hands on full time role, you will lead a team of loaders and machine operators, ensuring efficient and effective processes while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
What you'll be doing
Supervise and coordinate a team of machine operators and loaders, providing guidance, training and support to ensure optimal accuracy and performance.
Monitor workflow, making adjustments as needed to meet targets and deadlines.
Identify and troubleshoot issues with machinery, implement corrective actions, and liaise with maintenance teams.
What we're looking for
Extensive experience in reinforcing steel as a machine operator and or Loader, with a proven track record of leading and supervising a team.
The position hours are 7.00 am to 3.00 pm.
