A unique opportunity exists for a Showroom Assistant at our Kogarah Showroom. You will have a customer-centric mindset, because at ILS we are all about the customer! You will be a self-motivated, creative thinker, and seek out new opportunities. This is a casual position with the chance to work up 10-25 hours per week. Our showroom operates Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, so you'll enjoy no weekend work and a great work-life balance.

Your "New" Day to Day:

- Engaging incoming customers, assisting them with their questions and being able to convey the range of services that are available from the ILS Group.
- Respond to email enquiries and liaise with customers over the phone to fulfill requests.
- Providinginformation to customers about our products from physiotherapy items to mobility scooters, recliner lift chairs through to our range of home care beds, home oxygen therapy and more…
- Processing quotes, orders and hire contracts efficiently.
- Following all WHS requirements at a showroom level.
- Assisting with the administration and stock replenishment duties for the store




- Driving process efficiency and striving for continual improvement
- Being the face of ILS in the local community and driving relationships with customers and other local businesses

About You:

You may have a strongRetail backgroundand want to apply your skills in the Allied Health industry.

You may be studyingOccupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy or Nursingand looking for a position where you can adapt your knowledge.

You will be keen togo above and beyondto interact with your community and increase store exposure

You will have acustomer-centricmindset, because at ILS we are all about the customer!

You will bewell presented,professionalandcourteous

You will havefantastic interpersonal skillsandlove connecting with peoplefrom all walks of life

Have agenuinedesire to help otherswith your knowledge and abilities.

You will have second to noneadministration skills,including the ability toprioritizeyour time

You may have SAP experience, which is not required but is highly valued.

You will be aself-motivated,creative thinker,able to problem solve and seek out new opportunities

NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
