Key Responsibilities

- Clinical Oversight: Manage care planning, evaluation, and medication management.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach nursing and care teams.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to legislative requirements and Accreditation Standards.
- Operational Support: Oversee rosters and clinical supply budgets

$130,000- $140,000 (depending on experience) + Super + NFP salary package

Requirements

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

Proven management experience within the Aged Care sector.

Infection Prevention Control (IPC) Qualification (Highly Preferred).

Robust understanding of AN-ACC and Quality Standards.
