- Support governance meetings through scheduling, agenda preparation, minute-taking and action tracking.
- Maintain project schedules, risks, issues, decisions, registers and document repositories.
- Assist with process reviews, improvement activities and the development of supporting documentation.
- Coordinate information and input from procurement, commercial, project, technical and business stakeholders.

- Undertake research, analysis and documentation as directed by the Program Director.
- Support reporting, purchase order administration and other project-related processes.
- Undertake a variety of higher-level and administrative tasks as required to support the successful delivery of the project.

About you

- Experience providing project support within a government business improvement environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage changing priorities and competing deadlines.
- High-quality written communication, reporting and document preparation skills.
- Experience supporting project governance, meetings, reporting and action management.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready records.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and responding effectively to direction from a Program Director.
- A flexible, collaborative and team-oriented approach, with a willingness to undertake both strategic and administrative tasks.
- An understanding of procurement processes, government governance or probity requirements would be beneficial.
- Queensland Government experience would be highly regarded.

This chance would suit someone who enjoys being the reliable central support within a project, takes pride in keeping work organised and is comfortable stepping into whatever task is required to help the Program Director and project team deliver successfully.
