About the Role
You'll take ownership of a well‑maintained residential portfolio, providing exceptional service to both landlords and tenants while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- End‑to‑end management of approximately 130 residential properties.
- Landlord and tenant relationship management.
- Routine inspections and lease renewals.
- Maintenance coordination.
- Arrears management.
- Tribunal preparation where required.Delivering exceptional customer service.
About You
You'll be an experienced Property Manager who enjoys building strong client relationships and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
To be successful, you'll have:
- Previous end‑to‑end Property Management experience.
- Current NSW Class 2 or Class 1 Real Estate Licence.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation.
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- A positive, professional and team‑focused attitude.
