Role Responsibilities
- Operating tower cranes safely and efficiently
- Performing Dogman/Rigger duties, including lifting operations, load management, and signaling
- Conducting pre-start checks and ensuring equipment is operated safely
- Following all site safety procedures, regulations, and client requirements
- Maintaining a robust focus on teamwork, reliability, and workplace safety
Requirements
- Relevant Australian High Risk Work Licence (Tower Crane / Dogman / Rigger tickets)
- White Card
- Proven experience on construction sites
- Strong understanding of lifting operations and safety requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work
