About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-driven professional to join our team in a Project Management / Corporate Strategy role. You will play a key role in driving cross-functional projects, business transformation initiatives, and long-term strategic planning to support organizational growth and operational excellence. This position is ideal for individuals who excel at solving complex business challenges, leading strategic initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage cross-functional projects from planning through execution and completion. Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress, milestones, deliverables, and overall performance.
- Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Identify project risks and implement effective solutions to minimize business impact. Prepare project reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive updates.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive intelligence. Support the development and execution of corporate strategy and business growth initiatives.
- Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, market expansion, and investment opportunities. Analyze financial and operational performance to identify strategic improvement opportunities. Develop business cases,



strategic recommendations, and executive presentations.
- Support business transformation, organizational development, and process improvement initiatives. Monitor industry trends and provide insights to support long-term business planning.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Sales, HR, and Product teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and strategic planning sessions. Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project and business performance.
- Support senior leadership in strategic decision‑making and organizational planning.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in project management, corporate strategy, consulting, business operations, or related fields.
- Proven experience managing cross‑functional projects and strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent project planning, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools.




- Experience with project management platforms such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or Notion is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma are an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and results‑driven environment.
