UGL is seeking a Senior Operations Manager in Victoria to lead electricity networks operations, including maintenance, outages and upgrades across metro and regional depots. You will oversee an 80-strong workforce and drive performance, safety and client engagement while reporting to the General Manager.

You will own P&L;, manage budgets and forecasts, and partner on strategic growth initiatives to position the business for robust expansion in the state.
