OurStones Corner clinic is a modern, welcoming space focused on delivering exceptional patient care and high-quality aesthetic treatments in a professional setting. Saturday availability is essential, with the opportunity to pick up additional weekday shifts as required.

We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Casual Receptionist to join our Stones Corner team.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an essential role in delivering a warm and welcoming experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

- Greeting and assisting patients in a professional and friendly manner.

- Managing appointment bookings and scheduling.

- Handling phone and email enquiries.

- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records.





- Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks.

- Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.

About You

- Previous reception or customer service experience (preferred).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- A positive, team-oriented attitude.

- Flexible availability to work casual shifts, including weekends when required.
