We are seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Lead – Allied Health & Funding to lead the coordination and delivery of services within the Support at Home Program. About the Role

The Service Delivery Lead – Allied Health & Funding provides leadership and coordination to support the delivery of high-quality services under the Support at Home Program. The role is responsible for leading community partners, procurement, interpreting and implementing allied health recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with organisational policies and quality standards.
- Oversee budgeting, purchasing and procurement to support financial sustainability
- Review and coordinate allied health assessments and recommendations




- Manage the sourcing of equipment, assistive technology, home modifications and funded supports
- Collaborate with allied health professionals, care teams, clients and representatives to achieve positive outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, providers and key stakeholders
- Lead service delivery within the Support at Home Program, ensuring compliance with funding and regulatory requirements
- Support aged care reforms and identify opportunities for service innovation and improvement
- Provide leadership and support to team members creating a positive and high‑performing culture.

About You

- Leadership experience within aged care, community services, health, disability or a related sector
- A strong understanding of allied health services, assessments and recommendations
- Experience coordinating care supports, equipment, assistive technology and service providers
- Knowledge of funding, procurement, budgeting and resource management processes
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills
- Excellent organisational, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities
- Experience with Support at Home, Home Care Packages or broader aged care services will be highly regarded
