CopperTree Farms is a high-end food producer supplying the best restaurants in Australia with premium beef and butter. Our Frenchs Forest butter factory is looking for a Production Supervisor to run the day to day operations of the plant.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee all aspects of our butter production operations. This is a hands-on role to ensure the efficient, safe, and high-quality production of our butter products. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of food production processes, quality control and delivery of standard operating procedures. While dairy experience is a plus, we are primarily seeking a candidate with a strong foundation in food manufacturing or food science principles, who is eager to learn and contribute to our butter production process.

Responsibilities:

Manage a small team working across various product lines.

Oversee all stages of butter production.

Adherence to standard operating procedures, food safety and quality procedures across all production activities, delivering uniformity and compliance.





Ensure all production areas and equipment are comprehensively cleaned during or at the end of the shift.

Maintain production and quality assurance records and applicable production records for product conformance to established specifications.

What we are looking for:

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in production management within a food production or manufacturing environment. Bonus points if you come from a dairy processing background.

Strong understanding of food processing principles and food safety.

Foster effective communication and collaboration.

Promote a culture of safety and consistent delivery.

Willingness to learn and adapt to the specific requirements of butter production.

This is a physically demanding role, the ability to lift boxes up to 20kgs and stand for extended periods of time is a must.
