Everything we do is centred around making exceptional food from scratch. We bake our own bread, prepare as much as possible in-house and work with some of Australia's best producers to deliver consistently high-quality products. Our bakery and cafes are open seven days a week from 7:00am–3:00pm weekdays and 8:00am–2:00pm weekends.

As our business continues to grow, with expansion planned for later this year, we are looking for experienced Prep Supervisor / Chef / Sandwich Hand to join our kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing independent business and contribute to the next stage of our journey.

We're seeking someone who is available to work 4–5 days per week and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, consistency and quality are valued. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with salary or hourly rates negotiated according to experience.

About the Role

As part of our kitchen team, you will play a key role in the daily preparation and production of our food, ensuring every product meets the high standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble sandwiches with speed, consistency and exceptional attention to detail.

- Supervise and coordinate daily preparation tasks to ensure the kitchen is organised and service-ready.

- Set up,



stock and maintain the service fridge throughout the day.

- Assist with daily and weekly food preparation across all areas of the kitchen.

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and kitchen organisation.

- Support the front-of-house team and assist with customer service when required.

- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in a similar café, deli or commercial kitchen role.

- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards.

- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

- Sound knowledge of food safety practices.

- Current Australian working rights at the time of application.
