Motorcycle Sales Consultant

About the Role
You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through every step of the buying journey, from welcoming them into the showroom to delivering their new motorcycle.
Your responsibilities include:
- Selling recent and used motorcycles
- Building lasting customer relationships
- Managing enquiries from phone, email and online leads
- Following up quotes and sales opportunities
- Assisting customers with finance and insurance introductions
- Achieving monthly sales targets
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Maintaining showroom presentation
About You
You’ll have:
- A genuine passion for motorcycles
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A positive, self-motivated attitude
- Strong organisational skills
- Computer literacy
- A current motorcycle licence (preferred)
- Previous retail or automotive sales experience (advantageous but not essential)
