The Role

Working with a solid, and long tenured team, you will be a crucial member within the property management team.

This is a tremendous opportunity for a property professional with 3-5 years in the management of portfolios, who is looking for a change which will grow both their skills and opportunities.

The Responsibilities

- Be instrumental in the management of long leases and large tenant relationships
- Implement portfolio and land use strategies to maximise revenue, trade growth, and site efficiency
- Be detailed driven and analytical and able to transfer these attributes into the review and management of leases
- Manage leasing processes including negotiations, rent reviews, lease compliance, and documentation




- Oversee tenant reporting, insurance, guarantees, and performance monitoring
- Coordinate with legal, valuers, and government bodies to ensure compliance and optimise outcomes

About you

- 5+ years in commercial/industrial real estate
- Knowledge of NSW property and lease legislation and the ability to read and understand leases
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Be a strategic and analytical thinker
- Proficient in property management systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications; driver's licence required

This is a fantastic role, one which is different from standard commercial property management.
