Clinical Services Team Leader - Illawarra / Shoalhaven

About the Role

William Campbell Foundation aims to achieve safety, stability, and positive long-term outcomes for children and young people through the delivery of quality permanency options, including restoration, guardianship, and adoption.

Guided by the ARC Framework,



our Clinical Services Program provides strengths-based, therapeutic support and clinical interventions across the Permanency Support Program, NDIS Services, and Families Together (Family Preservation) Program.

The Clinical Services Team Leader is responsible for leading, supervising, and supporting a team of Clinicians to deliver high-quality therapeutic services to children and young people, ensuring practice aligns with the vision, values, and objectives of the William Campbell Foundation.

Key Requirements

Essential: Minimum Bachelor degree in Psychology, Social Work, or equivalent.

Experience with working with children, young people and families, preferably within the community services sector.

Experience with the delivery of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and positive support strategies, and facilitation of psycho-education to key stakeholders.

Management experience and the ability to demonstrate analytical, strategic and reflective thinking whilst functioning as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Strong communication and organisational skills with a high level of self motivation.

Working knowledge of the Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act 1998, NDIS requirements and the role of early intervention and family preservation within the Permanency Support Program.

Current Working with Children Check, National Police Check and NDIS Worker Check, current unrestricted Drivers Licence and Access to two referees from current or previous Managers (within the last 2 - 5 years)
