Artarmon Mazda is a very successful, long established and family owned motor vehicle dealership located on Sydney's lower north shore.

An opportunity exists for a New Car Sales Manager to join our team. This is an exciting time for the Mazda brand with a new CX5 model arriving. Mazda's first electric vehicle 6e has arrived and in September the new CX-6e cross over electric vehicle will be introduced.

We are seeking an industry experienced New Car Sales Manager to oversee the performance of our highly skilled Current Vehicle Sales Team. This role is about maintaining factory targets, setting and maintaining customer service levels of the highest standard and upholding our dealership and company values.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

- Experience in a similar role or proven results in a senior salesperson role ready to step up to the next level.
- A proven and consistent track record in new vehicle sales
- Strong IT skills




- Commitment to exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills
- Ability to supervise salespeople and work as a team
- A current driver's license

Responsibilities and duties:

- Overseeing systems and processes to ensure customer service standards are achieved.
- Working collaboratively with other departments
- Developing and driving strong processes around lead management and road to a sale.
- Setting and achieving overall targets in vehicle sales volume, gross profit, finance penetration and customer experience metrics.
- Ensuring all inventory is presented and advertised appropriately.
- Setting the tone and standard for all sales communications (written and verbal).
- Assisting and mentoring the team to provide friendly, helpful, honest, accurate customer service and advice at all times.
- Representing the Mazda brand to the highest professional standards and in line with the dealership values at all times.

An attractive remuneration package (aligned with experience) will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
