This is much more than a reception role. You will be the central point of communication of our dietitians, ensuring every client receives exceptional service from their first phone call through to the completion of their care.

Working alongside our sister business, Mont Health Medical & Rehab, we provide integrated healthcare across general practice, occupational medicine, rehabilitation and allied health.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Welcoming clients and creating a positive first impression.
- Managing a busy reception and telephone service.
- Scheduling appointments across multiple clinicians and locations.
- Managing clinician diaries and optimising appointment utilisation.
- Processing Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, private health insurance and NDIS appointments where applicable.
- Processing payments through EFTPOS and HICAPS.
- Maintaining accurate patient records using medical software.
- Responding to emails and enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Liaising with referrers, insurers, employers and other healthcare providers.
- Supporting clinicians with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Managing recalls,



follow-up appointments and outstanding correspondence.
- Assisting with general administration and office duties.

- Has strong computer skills and is confident learning new software.
- Takes initiative and enjoys solving problems.
- Demonstrates reliability, professionalism and accountability.
- Previous reception, administration or customer service experience.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.

Highly Regarded

Experience working within:

- Allied Health
- General Practice
- Specialist Medical Clinics
- Best Practice, Cliniko, PracSuite or similar medical software
