Suncoast Waste Water Management situated is in Kunda Park, Queensland is expanding!

SWWM are seeking to employ 2 additional staff for our Commercial Service Department.

These roles will be FIFO and DIDO rosters for the successful applicants to perform the servicing on Sewage and Water Treatment Plants in the field.

Position Purpose

Carrying out quality field service and repairs on the client's assets ensuring a positive customer experience.

Management of efficient time keeping.

Ensuring the accurate and timely completion of necessary paperwork.

Core objectives include:

Servicing of commercial water and waste water treatment plants.

Water sampling in accordance with Client specifications and Australian Drinking Water Guidelines.

Stock control of servicing equipment/consumables.

Handling water and waste water treatment chemicals.

Fill out reports and other associated paperwork associated with the role.

Qualifications





Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician - highly desirable though not essential

Construction White Card.

Cert III in Water Operations, or similar well regarded.

Current full First Aid including CPR and LVR.

Confined Space Entry and Working at Heights tickets well regarded.

Experience

Relevant commercial or practical experience in service based operations, including mining based sites.

Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written phone and face to face.

Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.

Attention to detail:excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
