yd. is seeking a new product team member to join our established team—someone with the skills to make an immediate impact, who thrives in a values-driven setting and aligns with our core principles.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Drivethefinancialperformanceofproductcategoriesacrossapparel,footwear andaccessories
- Abilitytorangebuild,takingintoconsiderationourcoreprograms&newstyles; deliveringwithinatimelymanner.
- Identifykeyfashionandhighfashiontrends,suchasfabrics,colourpalettes, shapesandobviousproductopportunitiesthatarecommercialandrelevantforyourcategory.
- PartnerwithourProductionteamtomanageallphasesoftheproductlifecycle includingapprovalsandfitstoexceedqualitystandards.
- Buildandmaintainrelationshipswithsuppliersandpeersbyfosteringwin/win outcomes.
- Buildknowledgeoftheyd.customerandapplythistoproduct,rangingand trading decisions
- SupportingtheHeadofProductwithsamplemanagementforkeycampaigns andshootorganisation.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL HAVE

- 5 yrs minimum experience required in a fashion product development role with a proven track record of commercial success - mens fashion experience preferable.




- Collaborative-ateamplayerwithanopenmindwillingtolearn.
- Resultsoriented-drivenandmotivated,takingaccountabilityforperformance andoutcomes
- Soundtechnicalunderstandingofgarmentconstruction,fabricsand manufacturing.

- Strongorganisationalandtimemanagementskillsabletoprioritise,multitask,anddeliverwithindeadlines
- AbilitytoworkwithAdobecreativesuitespreferred(Illustrator,PhotoshopandInDesign)
- Ahighsenseofurgency-thinksandactslikeanowner
