Origin Energy in Brisbane seeks an experienced workplace relations professional to join the People & Culture team. You will partner with leaders to navigate complex matters, influence outcomes, and support a high-performing employee experience across a large, unionised workplace.
You will lead investigations, provide expert ER/IR guidance, contribute to enterprise bargaining, and drive compliance and change initiatives that shape Origin's people strategy.
