Site Manager – Luxury Residential Projects
Location: Eastern Suburbs, Sydney
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 + Car + Super

A well-regarded residential builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver high-end luxury residential projects across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who takes pride in quality finishes and enjoys working on architecturally designed homes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day‑to‑day site operations from commencement through to completion
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
- Drive programme and ensure key milestones and deadlines are achieved
- Maintain exceptional quality standards in line with architectural specifications
- Enforce WHS compliance and uphold strong site safety practices
- Liaise closely with clients, architects, and project stakeholders




- Proactively identify and resolve site issues

About You

- Minimum 10–15 years’ experience in construction
- Proven track record delivering luxury residential projects
- Robust eye for detail and passion for high-quality finishes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades in a fast‑paced environment
- Trade background highly regarded
- Willingness to work Saturdays as required
