This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and digitally savvy marketing professional to take ownership of social media content across multiple platforms, helping to build brand awareness, engage audiences and deliver impactful campaigns. Working within a collaborative marketing team, you'll play a key role in creating compelling content, managing social channels, analysing performance and supporting broader business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow social media channels across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
- Create, schedule and publish engaging written, visual and video content
- Develop social-first assets including Reels, short-form videos, graphics and carousels




- Plan and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse insights and provide recommendations
- Manage online community engagement and monitor brand sentiment
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Support stakeholders with social media best practices, training and content planning
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand voice
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates and emerging opportunities

About You:

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field
- 3-5 years' experience in a social media, content marketing or digital marketing role
- Proven experience managing business or brand social media channels end-to-end
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills across photography, video and social-first creative
- Experience managing paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn
- Experience using social media management platforms such as Sprout Social (or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with experience reporting on campaign performance
- Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
