Our ideal candidate will have:

- Experienced in managing premium restaurant bars,



ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.
- Experience in writing and evolving a high-quality cocktail and bar program.
- Ability to train and manage both experienced and novice bartenders.
- Ability to work within a large and diverse management team.
- Possess strong knowledge of Australian spirits and producers.
- Skilled in effective planning, time management, and decision-making for smooth restaurant operations.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for enhancing guest experiences through personalised touches.
- Enthusiastic about sharing creativity, knowledge, and leadership to inspire team members.
- Dedicated to maintaining high standards and ensuring seamless restaurant operation.
