About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with a minimum of 3+ years of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will be the linchpin of our strategic initiatives,



working directly with executive stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to drive digital transformation and deliver high-value outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops, elicit requirements, and manage expectations across C-level executives and operational teams.
- Solution Design: Translate complex business problems into clear, actionable user stories, functional specifications, and process models.
- Project Delivery: Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams to oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and design optimized workflows to enhance operational productivity.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and act as a subject matter expert to junior and mid-level analysts within the team.

Core Competencies & Experience

- Experience: 3+ years of proven commercial experience in Business Analysis, systems integration, or management consulting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Methodologies: Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and traditional Waterfall methodologies.
- Tools: High proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio/Lucidchart, and data mapping tools.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and strategic thinking capabilities.
