We're partnering with a leading global medical device organisation seeking a Clinical Education Specialist to support healthcare professionals across Victoria and Tasmania. This is a unique opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with education and commercial collaboration, helping clinicians build confidence, capability, and independence in patient care.

About the Role

As the Clinical Education Specialist, you'll play a key role in educating and supporting healthcare professionals across hospitals, clinics, community health, and allied health settings. Rather than focusing on sales, your primary responsibility will be to develop practitioner capability, enabling clinicians to confidently prescribe, measure, fit, and recommend products independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver clinical education, product training, and competency development programs.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and professional education sessions.
- Support the onboarding of new clinical accounts and practitioners.
- Build clinician confidence in product application, measuring, and prescribing.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers to support account growth.
- Develop educational resources, case studies, and training materials.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and clinical activity documentation.




- Gather market insights and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activity.
- Travel throughout Victoria and Tasmania to support healthcare professionals and customers.

About You

We're interested in speaking with candidates from backgrounds such as:

- Physiotherapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Registered Nursing
- Lymphoedema Therapy
- Podiatry
- Allied Health with compression therapy experience

You'll also bring:

- Strong presentation, coaching, and clinical education skills.
- Experience delivering training or professional development programs.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- A collaborative and commercially aware mindset.
- The ability to work autonomously across a large territory.

Highly Regarded

- Medical device industry experience.
- Compression therapy, lymphoedema, vascular, wound care, or lipoedema experience.
- Made-to-measure garment or compression garment experience.
- Product implementation experience within hospitals or clinics.
- Knowledge of funded healthcare pathways.
