With a growing national footprint, we're now looking for a strong, experienced Sales Assistant for our New Brendale store Opening Soon. This is an exciting opportunity to join a passionate team and play a key role in helping Australians achieve their fitness goals.

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Sales Assistant with proven retail experience. You'll be responsible for leading daily operations, working with a small sales team, scheduling deliveries, and driving exceptional customer experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, accountability, and team leadership, with a strong sales focus.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive retail sales and provide tailored solutions for customers' fitness needs
- Book and schedule customer deliveries and installations
- Manage banking, reconciliations, and daily cash handling
- Maintain showroom presentation, merchandising,



and cleanliness
- Handle customer queries across in-store, phone, email, and online platforms
- Support in-store marketing and lead generation activities
- Ensure stock management, administrative tasks, and local reporting are completed accurately

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years' experience in a retail role (fitness, automotive, or lifestyle retail experience highly regarded)
- Confident working in a sales-driven environment and achieving KPIs
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Tech-savvy – familiarity with Excel, Gmail and platforms like Facebook & Instagram is a plus
- Availability to work Saturdays
- Full working rights in Australia and recent referees
- Must have reliable transport
