Our client is searching for an experienced Leadership & Capability Facilitator to design and deliver exceptional workplace learning experiences that improve leadership effectiveness, collaboration, emotional intelligence, and organisational performance. This role is a contract part-time role (up to 3 times a week) and is based in Sydney with flexible working arrangements.

This is a highly sought-after opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity, learning design, facilitation excellence, and behavioural science to create measurable outcomes for clients.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

- Facilitate leadership, communication, resilience, coaching, productivity, and workplace capability programs.
- Design customised learning resources and facilitator materials.
- Create blended learning experiences incorporating practical workplace application.
- Research emerging leadership and behavioural capability trends.
- Evaluate participant outcomes and continuously enhance learning solutions.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver cutting-edge capability programs.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Skills & Experience





- 5+ years facilitating corporate leadership or behavioural programs.
- Experience designing learning resources and instructional content.
- Excellent workshop facilitation and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of adult learning methodologies.
- Confidence engaging senior leaders and executive teams.
- Virtual facilitation experience.
- Willingness to travel nationally when needed.

Qualification Requirements

- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
- Experience delivering workplace learning programs.
- Experience working with government and large corporate organisations.
- Experience in instructional design and learning management systems.Experience creating blended learning solutions.
- Psychology, HR, Education or Behavioural Science qualifications (preferred).
- Behavioural profiling accreditation such as DISC, MBTI, Genos EI or similar (advantageous).
