Weatherproof Restorations is a growing Brisbane / Moreton Bay based business specialising in metal and tile roof restorations, weatherproofing, painting and building repairs. We focus on quality, planned work — not emergency call-outs.

The Role

We’re looking for a highly organised Admin Assistant who is strong with systems and loves creating order.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Own and continuously improve our job management systems (ServiceM8 and associated platforms) to ensure they operate efficiently and accurately.

- Keep schedules, quotes, invoices,



client communications and job records organised, up to date and running seamlessly.

- Provide operational and administrative support to both the leadership and field teams by maintaining accurate data and driving process improvements.

- Develop, implement and refine SOPs, checklists and workflows that improve efficiency, consistency and scalability across the business.

What we’re looking for:

- Proven admin experience (trades or construction background is a big plus)

- Strong systems skills — comfortable with job management software, CRM-style tools, spreadsheets and digital workflows

- Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and the ability to stay on top of multiple moving parts

- Someone proactive who spots problems and helps fix the process rather than just patching over them

- Reliable, professional and a good cultural fit for a hands-on trades team
